The Monsters are back! All new monsters for a new year.

Teddy Bear Monsters All Dressed Up

There has always been something fascinating for me about ruffs. A ruff, for those not familiar with the term, was a very popular style of collar worn in western Europe, most notably during the Elizabethan period. I really enjoy them, and I love to dress up my monsters with my own rendition of the ruff. Here I have used some very pretty laces and ribbons for the purpose.

Also if you are in the Portland Oregon area, come by and see the monsters in person.  I will be on NE Alberta st. on the 28th of July for Last Thursday. There, you will not only find me and my monsters, but many other local artist, crafts people, and performers.
